Renegade Foods Shipping Policy
We can only ship to valid street addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.
Important
No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add to or modify your order once it has been shipped.
Receiving
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. Carrier will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it.
Returns
All food sales are final. We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. Carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses. Renegade Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International
We do not ship outside of the United States due to customs issues as our products are perishable.
